One down, one to go: The Colorado Avalanche signed restricted free agent Chris Stewart on Thursday and now turn their sights on Peter Mueller, their last major unsigned player. Both forwards are part of the team's youth movement and are 22. Stewart will be paid $2.5 million next season and $3.25 million in 2011-12, the Denver Post reports.
